On our first night at HanHwa Pheonix Ski Resort... we had to sleep Korean style.. on the floor in between two comforters..
The best thing was that the floor was HEATED! Wow...emits jakun-ness... we so shiok with the floor we even took out our clothes and lay them on the floor so that we will have warm clothes to wear... and also to partially "iron" them... hahaha
The next morning it still wasn't snowing... at least not at the hotel.. but our first sighting of snow was at Phoenix Park itself! The ski place! As soon as we stepped out of the bus... little snowflakes were falling down... eeeee... so nice.. hahah...
Phoenix Park is huge! They have all sorts of slopes from beginner to super duper expert... but of course I only stepped onto the EXTREME beginner area... =X

Big Fat Sandra
The ski clothing does no justice to ones body... and the shoes are like over sized ice-skates... takes me forever to even walk towards the slopes.... jeeez
The slopes are G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!

I'm there...somewhere..

I suck at skiing... I can't brake.. I just keep going down until I bump into someone...=.=..
Anyways after skiing we went for lunch at a little restaurant... we had bulgogi!! Wee~ That's beef and veggies cooked in a sweetish Korean sauce... eaten with rice... *slurp*

We went to a spa center called Spavis after lunch...

Spavis mostly caters to their traditional spa treatment...whereby all the women and men are separated.. and the ladies all jump into pools filled with herbal smelling water...

Oh and the main point of this spa is to rejuvenate your skin by jumping from a hot water pool to a cold water pool...
Did I mention that everyone is suppose to be naked?
Very weird.. and awkward... *shivers*
RIGHT.... enough about that...
When it was over... I stepped out of the building...
OMGOSH! SNOW!!!

Snow on Tree.....

Snow on Car...

Snow on Road...
Heck...while we were eating dinner... there seemed to be a snow storm outside...

Can see the little flakes of snow?
It was really really cold after that snowstorm... I so pandai go and hold the snow with my bare hands.... sooo cold..

Everything covered in snow...
SHIOK!...
