Food Poisoning

The Cameron Highland trip didn't turn out so well after all...

Around 15 of us went up to Camerons on Thurday morning ..most of us childhood friends.. on the 2nd day Michelle and Leon got a bad case of food poisoning and were bed ridden the whole day...

Then when I got home on Sunday.. I was feeling abit ill... then at 4am monday morning...

Let's just say it wasn't pretty...

I spent the whole day puking and having diarrhoea... finally went to the doctor at night and was diagnosed with food poisoning.. I have no appetite at all and all I have eaten since Sunday night is a quarter of potato a small piece of carrot ..plain porridge and small bowl of soup.. and I still feel terrible after eating those... sigh...

Feel like crap..
