I woke up bright and early.. well early for me anyways... on Saturday morning...

now i know some of you people wake up at like 3am and siao siao bring all your sleeping bags and camp in front of the shopping mall but I beg to differ la ok...

so anyway.. back to me.. i got up... took a shower.. put on the make up and packed my handbag... its only 9am.. still 2 hours to go before daddy comes to pick me up.. grab a cup of coffee and flip open the newspapers...

Harry Potter and the ugly price war

KUALA LUMPUR: As avid fans of Harry Potter await the highly-anticipated finale scheduled to be released for sale at 7.01am today, a price war has brought about an unexpected twist – four major bookstore chains have decided to not sell the book.

MPH, Popular, Times and Harris bookstores have decided to withdraw the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows novel from their shelves in protest against Tesco and Carrefour's move in selling the novel at a much cheaper price of RM69.90. The retail price of the book is RM109.90.

However, those who had pre-ordered their books will be able to collect them from today.

“This means the book will no longer be available at these stores nationwide from tomorrow following the worldwide release and all events related to Harry Potter (from today) will be cancelled,” she said at a press conference yesterday.

“Avid fans are looking for a magical atmosphere rather than just cheap price,” he said in Singapore yesterday.

Ok.. ask my grandmother.. she thought i was having a heart attack as i lay on the couch screaming...

1. WTF! I was going to MPH!
2. WTF! I didnt pre-order!
3. WTF! I hate tesco and carrefour!
4. WTF! Even if i didnt hate tesco and carrefour.. its 9.30am!! HOW!?!!?!
5. WTF! We want book! I don't care ur bloody god damned prices!

5 minutes later.. Dad called..

Dad : San.. I told you whether you want to pre book you say don't want got discount..
you know surely this sort of thing will happen! See now! you want go tesco or
not?

No I don't want to go Tesco.. I'm a cheapskate but I'm not that much of a cheapskate! I support the original prices and I don't trust those hypermarket people.. what if a page is missing.. or like.. the words aren't clear.. hello!?!?!

so we ended up going to 1u anyway to try MPH out.. waa really didn't sell.. i wanted to cry.. but in the end.. long story short... we found out borders was selling in The Curve and got it there.. muahaha...

Oh.. and everyone.. and i mean EVERYONE.. should go watch trasnformers.. pwooahh.. i wanna go watch again... fantastic movie!!

Oh.. and i have a new addiction...

Sims 2..

ahahhaa.. i know..lame... but seriously..compared to the original sims.. the graphics are sooooo much better... and there are so many added features... shiok..

Thats the same neighbourhood.. in Sims 1 and Sims 2...

so this explains why my poor WaRriOrChiC is stuck at lvl 67 while Daniel is busy exploding ninja ladies at the parking lot with fire, Adrian is also exploding said ninja ladies with his demonic holyness and Jensen is beating me...(only maplers will understand)

oh..and also because Im reading... I cant belive Hedwig... Mad-Eye Moody...T_T.. Why Ron? WHY?!?! I cant believe Harry really loves her THAT much... oh Lupin!! Dont goooo!!!!!

oh and im only at chapter 14.. waa soo much drama.. I love you J.K Rowling!
